尊敬的各位领导、嘉宾，外国友人及企业界的朋友们，大家好！
陕西经济年会作为陕西经济发展的风向标，已经连续成功举办了十四届，具有广泛的品牌影响力和知名度，2018陕西经济年会集结了政界领导、经济界专家学者、商界精英和国际友人等聚济一堂，解析政策、把脉时代，分享创新智慧、转型路径与实践感悟，为陕西经济发展支招献策，助推陕商企业成为新一轮经济增长的重要引擎。

 2018年恰值改革开放40周年，40年波澜壮阔的经济发展史上，陕商企业家以国家富强、民族复兴为己任，主动承担促进经济增长、社会进步、环境保护三者协调发展的责任，成为推动经济增长的重要元素和产业报国、实业强国的中坚力量，为陕西经济高质量发展提供了永不枯竭的源动力。
The year 2018 comes on the 40th anniversary of China’s reform and opening to the outside world. During the 40 years of dramatic and large scale economic development, Shaanxi entrepreneurs have taken the national prosperity and national rejuvenation as our duty,  committed themselves to the coordinated development of economic growth,  social progress, and environmental protection,   and become important elements of pushing forward  economic growth and  the backbone power  of  serving  the country  and improving the national strength. They have provided the inexhaustible source of power for high quality development of Shaanxi Province.
 企业强则陕西强，企业兴则陕西兴。参与本次年会的360多家企业中，既有外商在陕企业，也有全国及本土的陕商企业；既有实体经济，也有战略性新兴产业。这是一次聚合经济最前端资讯和探索未来趋势的分享大会，也是展现民营经济发展新成就的重要平台，拓展陕商全球化视野，推进海内外陕商群体全面融合，为陕商企业提供更加广阔的舞台。希望以此次年会为契机，开启合作之门，架好友谊之桥，铺平跨越之路，助力新陕商在新时代闯出新作为。今天，我们再次相聚在开放包容的新陕西，怀抱共商、共建、共享的理念，围绕大会主题进行思想交流和观点碰撞，擦出流光溢彩的火花，为大家呈现一场精彩纷呈的智慧盛宴，让莅临现场的各位来宾收获满满。
If the enterprises are strong, our province is strong.  If the enterprises are prosperous, our province is prosperous. All 360 enterprises who have attended the conference include international enterprises in Shaanxi Province and the enterprises in Shaanxi Province as well as Shaanxi enterprises in other provinces and regions. They include both the enterprises of real economy and the emerging industries of strategic importance. This conference is one of aggregating front-end economic information and exploring into the future trend. It is also an important platform to demonstrate the new achievement of private economy, to widen the global perspective of Shaanxi provincial entrepreneurs, and to push forward the full integration of Shaanxi entrepreneurs both at home and abroad.  This platform will be bigger and broader.  We sincerely hope that all the entrepreneurs should take this annual conference as a good opportunity to open a door of cooperation, to set up a bridge of friendship, and to pave the road for our great-leap-forward development. Our joint effects together will be conducive to Shaanxi Provincial enterprises’ realization of making new contributions during the new era. Today, once again, we have gathered here in Shaanxi, a new Shaanxi with more openness and inclusiveness, harboring the concept of “Joint Consultation”, “Co-construction”, and “Sharing”, to carry out ideological exchange and opinion collision, which will hopefully produce the sparks of brilliance. We will present you a brilliant feast of wisdom for all the guests to have a full harvest of nutrients.
