今天论坛各位专家和企业家的分享都很精彩，关于每位的发言，可概括总结如下：
杜教授从宏观视角阐述了构建协调发展的大环境，建议我们企业一定要融入到大环境中去，表达的主要观点是：一协调与融合是发展的大趋势；二要聚焦“三个融合”“六大经济”，实现更高水平的协调发展。
张宝通教授的观点可以用几个关键词来概括。关键词一：坐标和方位。陕西是“一带一路”的核心，要落实习总书记的指示，陕西西安要找准一带一路定位，打造西安欧亚交流的国际化大都市。关键词二：聚源发力，加快推进陕西经济转型升级和东西区域协调发展，打造内陆开放新高地。
义隆钢构公司周总、世纪盛康药业吴总、汉江之源景区王总等几位企业家，以案例分享了各自企业协调发展的“秘方”。其中，周总提出，协调发展是民营企业发展的短板和弱项，打造现代化经济体系，民营企业不能空场。他的企业协调发展的“秘方”是：企业和个人的发展要融入大西安，要破解瓶颈，加速转型升级，尤其是要借助协会平台，聚集更多的能力。吴总认为传承本身就是一种担当和责任。她的企业协调发展的“秘方”是：专注和坚守是创业的关键词，依靠科技创新，走中药现代化发展之路。王总认为，企业是协调发展的基础单元，企业家有责任担当起“绿色发展，和谐共生”的使命。他的企业所从事的产业，正在积极践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念，企业的发展遵循资源保护永续利用的原则，实现可持续发展。
最后，用习总书记关于协调发展的一段讲话与大家共勉：“协调既是发展手段又是发展目标，同时还是评价发展的标准和尺度，是发展两点论和重点论的统一，是发展平衡和不平衡的统一，是发展短板和潜力的统一。”

Respected Leaders, Experts, International Friends, and All the Entrepreneurs:

协调是实现持续发展的内在要求，也应成为企业经济发展的追求。在协调发展的实践中，企业扮演着先行者和助力者双重角色，协调发展体现了企业高度的政治意识和责任担当。社会责任是一种格局，也是一种动力，企业只有将社会责任融入到企业的愿景、战略和价值观中，落实到经营管理的各个环节，甚至企业家个人的行为、观点、信念和理想之中，实现骨子里的改造、血液里的传承，为企业真正的协调可持续发展提供保障。

Coordination or harmony is the inherent requirement of realizing sustainable development. It should the pursuit of the economic development of enterprises. During the process of the coordinate development, enterprises are playing dual roles of both pioneers and helpers. Coordinate development shows a high sense of political consciousness and social responsibilities. Social responsibilities can be put into the category of ideological patterns, which can turn into a driving force. It is a must for enterprises to integrate social responsibilities into the visions, strategies and values of enterprises, to carry them out in all the links of operation and management, and even to fuse them into the personal behavior, personal viewpoints, personal beliefs, and personal ideals of individual entrepreneurs. Only when enterprises completely carry out the transformation and inheritance, can we possibly provide a guarantee for enterprises to realize the actual coordinate and sustainable development.                

一花独放不是春，万紫千红春满园。希望更多的陕商企业共同携手把脉2019，增进学习沟通，主动将战略理念、商业模式、组织治理与社会责任管理有机结合，以推动理念创新与管理进步，实现企业的可持续发展，推动陕西经济实现高质量发展。
